C. Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all assets, information can be transferred as part of that transaction. VII. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
We give all users the privacy rights described below, even if your state law would not otherwise require all of them.
A. Access
You can ask us to confirm whether we process your personal information and to provide access to the categories and specific pieces of information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
B. Correction
You can ask us to correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
C. Deletion

You can exercise your rights by:
- emailing us at info@dailycheckup.com;
- using in-app privacy controls, if available; or
- contacting us through info@dailycheckup.com and asking for a privacy request form.
We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before completing certain requests. If we cannot verify your request, we can ask for additional information.

X. Data Security and Security Incidents
A. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and no transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your password and account credentials confidential and for notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
B. If Something Goes Wrong
If we learn of a security incident involving your personal information or consumer health data and notification is required by applicable law, we will notify affected users without unreasonable delay and in the manner required by law. Depending on the situation and legal requirements, notice can be provided by email, in-app notice, or another legally permitted method.
Where required by law, we will also provide information about the nature of the incident, the categories of information involved, steps we are taking to respond, and steps you can take to protect yourself.
XI. Children and Age Limits
The Service is intended only for users who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through this Service. If we learn that a person under 18 has created an account or provided personal information, we will take steps to delete the information and close the account.
XII. U.S. State Privacy Baseline
We use California and Colorado consumer health privacy protections as our baseline for all users. That means we handle health-related information as sensitive data, limit processing to stated purposes, provide deletion rights, and do not sell or share health data for advertising or commercial purposes; where consent is required by law before any such use, we will obtain it first.
California residents also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising their privacy rights. California residents can designate an authorized agent to submit certain requests on their behalf, subject to verification.
Colorado users, and all users by our baseline practice, can withdraw consent to the processing of consumer health data.
XIII. Changes to This Policy
We can update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify existing users by in-app notice or email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The updated version will also include a new “Last Updated” date and version number.
